INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ― Live music is back at Earl’s Hideaway in Sebastian.

On Sat., Oct. 24, two power trios rock the friendly biker bar.

First up Saturday afternoon, 2-6 p.m. is the relatively new Space Coast trio Heatstroke, which just launched in 2019. Heatstroke is Bob Costlow (guitar and lead vocals), Andy Margileth (bass), and D.J. Wolinsky (drums/vocals).

Heatstroke plays classic rock deep cuts, funk, and some blues.

Next, Saturday night from 8:30-11:30 p.m. it’s the return of Hypersona, featuring Eric Frates (drums/vocals), Steve Savage (guitar/vocals), and Sam Bittenbender (bass/vocals).

On Sunday, South African rocker Vern Daysel and his band Switch n’ Whiskey play blues-influenced southern rock from 2-6 p.m.

Earl’s urges patrons to wear masks when not eating and drinking. There will be Earl’s face coverings available for purchase, 100% cotton, reversible and washable.

In Vero Beach, Kilted Mermaid presents Low Ground on Fri., Oct. 23, and Micah Scott on Sat., Oct. 24, both from 8-11 p.m.

Low Ground is a trio that specializes in bluegrass acoustic jams. The band is Tommy Callino (fiddle), Nico Kiriazis (acoustic guitar), and Amanda Accardi (upright bass).

Micah Scott co-founded the popular South Florida band The KillBillies. This year he released his first solo album, Dark Horse, which debuted at #1 on the Amazon Roots-Rock chart. His single Step Outta Line was #1 on the Amazon Alt-Country and Americana chart.
