PALM CITY — Argos Homewatch has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association for the sixth year.
The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org). Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence.
Argos Homewatch was founded in March of 2015, with Dennis and Elizabeth Hanner joining the team later in the year, establishing Argos Homewatch as a means to bringing their clients the assurance and peace of mind they look for when away from their properties. Available 24/7, with additional services upon request, Argos Homewatch is proud to serve its clients on the Treasure Coast. Mr. Hanner brought over 25 years of law enforcement with Martin County to Argos, while Mrs. Hanner brought her 45 years of residency and long-term business ties in the community. Their experience allows the Hanners to provide comprehensive services that make their clients’ lives away from their vacation homes worry- and hassle-free.
Precise in all that they do, they use state-of-the-art reporting equipment, combined with quality service, ensuring that their clients receive detailed scheduled reports on their valuable assets from a reliable, reputable company. They have a great relationship with local vendors and contractors that they make available for the best services for their clients.
Mrs. Hanner has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making her one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows her commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.
