Skyler is a 5-year-old terrier mix rescued from Sunrise Humane Society by George and Lynn Eismont of Fort Pierce. Skyler likes to go for long walks, play at the dog park or beach, and take naps.

Maura Youngs, from Port St Lucie, is here in Donegal, Ireland, at her sister Joan Blaney's house. She was there in April of 2022 for her 54th birthday, and Hometown News flew over the pond to have some good craic! (That means fun in Ireland.)

Nick Hill, a local third generation commercial fisherman, pulled in a king fish about 5 miles off the Sebastian inlet in March. His girlfriend, Tami Leeberg, took the photo while the fish was still in the air just as it was being reeled in.
