Nicolas Caetano, 19, of Port St. Lucie, was arrested Oct. 1 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and driving under the influence.

Joshua Casper, 38, of Fort Pierce, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with battery of a law enforcement officer/firefighter/EMT, and resisting officer without violence.

Frederick Lomenzo, 79, of Port St. Lucie, was arrested Oct. 2 and charged with failure to remain/stop at crash involving serious bodily injury as hit and run.

Juliker Monofort, 22, of Fort Pierce, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with battery by strangulation as domestic violence, and violation of conditional release from protection against domestic violence.

Kayla Hedgebeth, 18, of Sebastian, was arrested Oct. 3 and charged with fleeing/eluding a police officer with disregard to safety of person/property.

Michael Knowleds, 63, of Fort Pierce, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with battery on a person detained in jail facility.

Andrew Ramirez-rios, 18, of Homestead, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with tampering/fabricating physical evidence, and possession of cocaine.

Christopher Leverock, 41, of Fort Pierce, was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with tampering with/fabricating physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jaquan Ragin, 22, was arrested in Port St. Lucie on Sept. 23 and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Jason Wilson, 22, was arrested in Port St. Lucie on Sept. 23 and charged with possession of hallucinogen with intent to distribute, and three counts of possession of synthetic narcotic with intent to distribute.

Ronald Bauylark, 25, was arrested in Port St. Lucie on Sept. 25 and charged with carrying a concealed firearm.

Daniel Gonzalez, 25, was arrested in Port St. Lucie on Sept. 26 and charged with resisting officer with violence.
