The Petty Hearts

SEBASTIAN - Tom Petty died in 2017, but his music that sold over 80 million records is kept alive by tribute acts around the country. One of the best is the Fort Lauderdale-based The Petty Hearts, a nationally-touring ensemble playing a free show at Earl’s Hideaway in Sebastian on Sat., Jan. 11, from 2-6 p.m.

The Petty Hearts play hits and deep cuts from throughout Tom Petty’s 40-year career, including American Girl, You Don't Know How It Feels, You Got Lucky, Breakdown, Free Fallin', Into The Great Wide Open, Refugee, Mary Jane's Last Dance, and Stop Draggin' My Heart Around.

They also take requests, so don’t be shy about yelling for your favorites.

Band members are TJ Cronin (lead vocal, rhythm guitar), Anthony Pangilinan (lead guitar, vocals), Dave Glaid (keyboards, percussion), Doug Aronson (drums, vocals), and Chris Wright (bass, vocals).

The Petty Hearts perform Sat., Jan, 11, from 2-6 p.m.

Earl’s Hideaway is located at 1405 Indian River Dr, Sebastian. For more information, call (772) 589-5700 or visit www.earlshideaway.com.
