Beneath these mighty oaks, you can browse the works and wares of some of the finest pirate themed and maritime artists from across the region, as well as that of period correct merchants, nautical, tropical and retail vendors in addition to a great selection of Caribbean foods and tropical beverages. • River Raft Regatta: Your mission is to be a part of a 4-person team and build a small watercraft, cross your fingers it floats and makes it to the finish line! Each vessel is built from 100% approved recyclable materials and manned by a 4-person team. The floatable creations are required to navigate a water course route without leaving any part or parcel of your creation in the lagoon. All team members cross the finish line with all original contents of your vessel and see if your finish time makes your team the crowned regatta winners! • 22nd Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament: Tee up for the Women's Refuge and make a difference this fall! Join us on Saturday, September 18, 2021 @ 1:30 p.m. at Bent Pine Club, 6001 Clubhouse Dr., in Vero Beach. Golf range opens at 12:30 PM with shot gun start at 1:30 PM; Award ceremony immediately following the tournament.

This event will be a scramble format with flight awards for foursome participants. Cost: $150 per player and $575 per foursome.

• Autumn Jazz Concert: "I Have Piano will Duel" will present its annual workshop and concert on Saturday, Sept. 18 at 4 p.m. Music Director Dr. Jacob Craig, and accomplished trumpeter Paul Mc Call, will guide a quartet of jazz students in the morning sessions .They will then perform a concert that evening. This is the 4th consecutive year of the event. Open to the public. $10 suggested donation. • First Friday Gallery Stroll - Downtown Vero Beach: Galleries and businesses in historic downtown Vero Beach participate in the First Friday Gallery Stroll held from 5 to 8 p.m. on the first Friday of every month.
