VERO BEACH — Internationally-renowned Duo Beaux Arts will present a piano concert on Sun., April 18, at 4 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach.

Duo Beaux Arts was formed in 2008 by husband and wife concert pianists Catherine Lan and Tao Lin. The duo has performed in France, Switzerland, Spain, Estonia, Finland, the Netherlands, China, and the U.S. to critical and audience acclaim. They are also the founders of Beaux Arts Chamber Music Series in Naples, Florida.

The pianists will present a concert featuring some of the most famous and beloved masterworks for duet and solo piano. The program will include three duet compositions: an early work by Beethoven, a perennial favorite by Bizet, and a virtuosic piece by Mendelssohn. Solo works include selections by Poulenc, and all-time favorites by Chopin.

The concert will take place in the sanctuary at First Presbyterian Church. Admission is free, but a $10 donation is requested. Masks and social distancing will be required, and attendance in the sanctuary will be limited to the first 100 guests.

First Presbyterian Church has been offering live music throughout the pandemic through live streaming, social distancing, and smaller-scale chamber ensemble offerings that allow for musicians and concertgoers to stay at a safe distance while enjoying the performances.

This concert will also be streamed live online on the church website, www.FirstPresVero.org.

First Presbyterian Church is located at 520 Royal Palm Blvd., Vero Beach. For more information, contact Music and Arts Administrator Ginger Lagemann, at (772) 562-9088 or ginger@firstpresvero.org.
