VERO BEACH – The Countryside Family Farms Fall Festival, formerly called the Countryside Corn Maze, runs Oct. 5-Nov. 10, Saturdays and Sundays only, from 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

“While the big draw has always been the actual corn maze, we are finding many people spend most of their time on the many other attractions we offer,” said Cheryl Roseland, whose family owns and operates Countryside Family Farms. “Every year we add attractions to enhance the outdoor experience.”

This year’s theme is “Support Florida Farmers.”

A hayride and jumping pillow are included in the price of admission. Additional attractions include the air cannon, kiddie train rides, barnyard ball zone, giant chess, rubber ducky races, tetherball, corn hole toss, corn crib, face painting, giant tic tac toe, pumpkins, ring toss, and an old Florida nature trail.

“Kernel Corn” and “the Pumpkin Princess” will add a little magic to the day and be available for photo ops. Bring cameras, as there will be plenty of photo opportunities.

There will be food and beverages for sale including fresh-squeezed lemonade.

Flashlight nights return Nov. 1 and 2 from 6:30-10 p.m. Bring your own flashlight and explore the maze and other attractions.

A portion of all paid admissions the weekend of October 12 and 13 will be donated to The Buggy Bunch, a nonprofit serving moms.

Admission is $11.95 plus tax if you buy online at www.CountrysideFamilyFarms.com, and includes all attractions except the air cannon. Admission is $14.95 plus tax if purchased at the gate. Children two and under are free.
